At Hybrid Battery Swap we pride ourselves in providing the best service possible to our customers which is why our warranty options are cost friendly and convenient. We have four different warranty packages to help you select the best fit for you.

The following warranty options are only available with the purchase of a Reconditioned Hybrid Battery (Quality of the battery may differ based on the warranty package one selects):

Avialble for Reconditioned Hybrid Battery

45 days

Service and travel for warranty service shall be free of charge within 7 days of installation and within 100 miles of the Hybrid Battery Swap Fairfield location. After 7 days of installation customer will be charged a travel fee for mobile warranty service. Warranty service pertaining to failure or fault codes associated with the reconditioned hybrid battery shall be performed free of charge. Customer will be charged a service fee of $250.00 if a fault code arises not pertaining to the reconditioned hybrid battery.

6 months

Service and travel for warranty service shall be free of charge within 30 days of installation and within 100 miles of the Hybrid Battery Swap Fairfield location. After 60 days of installation customer will be charged a travel fee for mobile warranty service. Warranty service pertaining to failure or fault codes associated with the reconditioned hybrid battery shall be performed free of charge. Customer will be charged a service fee of $250.00 if a fault code arises not pertaining to the reconditioned hybrid battery.

12 months

Service and travel for warranty service shall be free of charge within 60 days of installation and within 100 miles of the Hybrid Battery Swap Fairfield location. After 60 days of installation customer will be charged a travel fee for mobile warranty service. Warranty service pertaining to failure or fault codes associated with the reconditioned hybrid battery shall be performed free of charge. Customer will be charged a service fee of $250.00 if a fault code arises not pertaining to the reconditioned hybrid battery.

24 months

Service and travel for warranty service shall be free of charge within 60 days of installation and within 100 miles of the Hybrid Battery Swap Fairfield location. After 60 days of installation customer will be charged a travel fee for mobile warranty service. Warranty service pertaining to failure or fault codes associated with the reconditioned hybrid battery shall be performed free of charge. Customer will be charged a service fee of $250.00 if a fault code arises not pertaining to the reconditioned hybrid battery.

Avialable for New Cell Hybrid Battery

36 months

Service and travel for warranty service shall be free of charge within 90 days of installation and within 100 miles of the Hybrid Battery Swap Fairfield location. After 90 days of installation customer will be charged a travel fee for mobile warranty service. Warranty service pertaining to failure or fault codes associated with the reconditioned hybrid battery shall be performed free of charge. Customer will be charged a service fee of $250.00 if a fault code arises not pertaining to the reconditioned hybrid battery.
