Every Hybrid Battery Swap plan comes with unlimited-mileage coverage, from a 45-day plan up to 5 years. Plain terms, no hidden fees, on both reconditioned and new-cell hybrid batteries.

Reconditioned battery plans
These plans are available with the purchase of a reconditioned hybrid battery.
45 days
Service and travel for warranty service are free within 7 days of installation and within 100 miles of our Fairfield, CA location. After 7 days, a travel fee applies for mobile warranty service. Warranty service for failures or fault codes tied to the reconditioned battery is free; a $250 service fee applies if a fault code arises that is not related to the reconditioned battery.
6 months
Service and travel are free within 30 days of installation and within 100 miles of our Fairfield, CA location. After that window, a travel fee applies for mobile warranty service. Warranty service for failures or fault codes tied to the reconditioned battery is free; a $250 service fee applies if a fault code arises that is not related to the reconditioned battery.
12 months
Service and travel are free within 30 days of installation and within 100 miles of our Fairfield, CA location. After 30 days, a travel fee applies for mobile warranty service. Warranty service for failures or fault codes tied to the reconditioned battery is free; a $250 service fee applies if a fault code arises that is not related to the reconditioned battery.
Longer-term plans (3 and 5 year)
The 5-year plan is built with new OEM cells for maximum longevity.
36 months (3 years)

Built with new OEM cells. Service and travel are free within 90 days of installation and within 100 miles of our Fairfield, CA location. What the warranty covers
- Failure of the hybrid battery pack we installed, and fault codes caused by that pack, during the warranty term.
- Unlimited mileage on every plan for the length of the term.
- Installation labor on the covered battery.
- Free service and travel within the time window and 100-mile radius listed for your plan.
What it does not cover
- Diagnostics, towing, or other fees incidental to a battery failure.
- A $250 service charge applies if a fault code is found that is not related to the battery we installed.
- The battery must stay in the original vehicle it was installed in. Removing it or placing it in a different vehicle voids the warranty.
- Travel fees outside the free window or 100-mile radius for your plan.
How a warranty claim works
If you think the battery has failed, have the trouble codes read and send us a copy. We confirm whether the issue is tied to the battery we installed, then schedule service. We come to you for mobile warranty service where it's available. We don't pay for diagnostics or towing, so it helps to get the codes pulled before you reach out.
Transfers and limits
The warranty is transferable in accordance with our transfer program. While we want you fully satisfied, we limit our liability: by installing our product you agree to our limited warranty, the limits of our liability, and a waiver of claims. Quality of the battery may differ based on the plan you select.
