On-Site Inspection & Setup
We verify your VIN, inspect the vehicle, and set up a safe work area. The old hybrid battery is carefully removed following high-voltage safety procedures.
Battery Install & System Check
The replacement pack is installed, connections are torqued to spec, and we perform a full diagnostic scan to clear codes and confirm everything is communicating correctly.
Test Drive & Wrap-Up
We start the vehicle and, when possible, perform a short test drive to verify proper operation. We review your warranty paperwork and take the old battery for recycling.

Mobile Service Travel Fees
We keep travel pricing simple and upfront. In many core service areas, mobile installation is included. Outside those zones, we use flat mileage tiers so there are no surprises.
If you’re in one of our core coverage cities or very close by, mobile installation is usually included at no extra charge.
For addresses 0–50 miles from our service hub, we apply a small, flat travel fee to cover drive time and fuel instead of charging full shop rates.
For jobs farther out, we may group appointments in your area or schedule specific days to keep the cost reasonable. We’ll always quote the fee upfront so you can decide if it works for you.
