P0A80 is the OBD-II code for 'Replace Hybrid Battery Pack.' It means the hybrid control module has detected that one or more cells in the high-voltage battery are out of spec. It's the most common reason customers come to us. We diagnose first — sometimes it's a related component (cooling fan, 12V battery) and not the pack itself.
