P3011-P3024 Hybrid Code: Weak Hybrid Battery Block
P3011 through P3024 each point to a specific weak block inside the high-voltage battery (P3011 is block 1, P3012 is block 2, and so on through the pack). They are among the most common codes on the Toyota Prius, Camry, and Highlander, and Lexus hybrids.
What it usually means
One or more individual blocks in the pack have lost capacity and fallen out of balance with the rest of the battery.
